Manufacturing Facility

S P INDUSTRIES is equipped with facilities to manufacture Epoxy Resin Cast components either by conventional vacuum casting or by the new generation method known as Automatic Pressure Gelation. Several machines of different size and capacities ensure that the range of components can be termed as - from "really tiny" to "very large". Since the maximum range of manufacture is for the electrical industry, S P INDUSTRIES manufactures components suitable for upto rated voltage of 36 kv.

Testing Facility

All products manufactured in S P INDUSTRIES are subjected to Inspection and Testing as per carefully drawn up Quality Plans. These quality plans are based on customer requirements and are linked to the working environment where the product is to be used. Inspection & Testing is carried out at the Incoming, In Process & Final Product Stages. S P INDUSTRIES possesses the required measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Bore Gauges, Micrometers, Height Gauges etc. and these instruments are calibrated at regular intervals.

Testing facilities at S P INDUSTRIES include High Voltage testing upto 75 KV, Thus whatever tests are required to be carried out are "in house".
